How do I cancel an order placed on Circulon.com?
Once your order has been placed and you have received your order number confirmation, we are unable to cancel item(s) from your order. If the warehouse has not yet begun processing, the entire order may be canceled. For assistance, please have your order number ready and contact our Consumer Relations experts at 800-326-3933 within 12-24 hours and request a cancellation. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm PT (Pacific Time) excluding holidays. You also have the option to chat with our experts.
