Received Damaged Item From My Online Order

What if I receive a damaged item?



We are sorry that you received a damaged item with your online purchase. Please follow one of the three options below:


  1. Please SUBMIT A QUESTION to us and we will research your order issue to determine if we would like you to ship the damaged item back. Please provide your order number and the item number of the damaged product when submitting your email to us.
  2. You may contact our Consumer Relations Department at (800) 326-3933, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) excluding holidays. Please have your order number and the item number of the damaged product handy when contacting us.
  3. You may chat with one of our experts, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) excluding holidays. Also, please have your order number and the item number of the damaged product handy.
