DAMAGED PRODUCT-If one or more of the item(s) in your shipment are damaged, please go to www.circulon.com/warranty and follow the instructions to submit a warranty claim and upload photos of the damaged product. There is no need to ship the damaged items back to us. We will simply send you a replacement product within 2-3 weeks.
60 DAY CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE-If you are not completely satisfied with your entire purchase and wish to return your entire purchase for a full refund, please call our Circulon Consumer Relations team at 1-888-376-2293 to obtain a Return Authorization number within 60-days from your date of purchase. Return requests after the 60-day period or without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. Once you have obtained your RA number, please write the RA number on the packing slip included with your original shipment and place the packing slip in the shipping box.
