What is the shipping status of my online order?
Click here to track the status of your CIrculon order. Once you have logged in to your account, click on 'Account Overview' and then to 'Order History'. All order history will appear. Your order information will display with the shipper's tracking number. Click on the shipping/tracking number and the shipper's tracking information will display.
If you have not received your package and the shipper tracking information shows that your package was delivered, please contact our Consumer Relations Department Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (PST) at 1-800-326-3933 or you may also chat with our experts.
